On an exciting night, Denny Hamlin emerged victorious in the Busch Light Clash, held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. This triumph, Hamlin's fourth in the competition and the first at the coliseum, took place on a rescheduled night due to the forecast of adverse weather in Los Angeles on Sunday. The event was moved to Saturday, where Hamlin not only secured the pole position but also dominated the 150-lap challenge at this historic venue.

Hamlin, behind the wheel of Joe Gibbs Racing's Toyota #11, led a total of 58 laps in the race. Despite a challenging start that initially cost him positions, temporarily handing the lead to his teammate Ty Gibbs. Gibbs, in his second year in the Cup, led the race for a total of 84 laps. Unfortunately, several incidents in the final part of the race relegated him to the eighteenth position.

Kyle Busch also stood out in the race, securing a spot on the Clash podium for the third consecutive year with a second-place finish. On the other hand, Ryan Blaney, who started from the last position, showcased an impressive ability to advance through the field, finishing in a commendable third place. Joey Logano, the Clash winner in 2022, and Kyle Larson completed the top five positions.

The top ten list closed with Alex Bowman, Chase Briscoe, Brad Keselowski, the Clash winner in 2023, Martin Truex Jr., and William Byron.
