Checo Perez Signs with Red Bull Until 2026

Oracle Red Bull Racing has confirmed a two-year contract extension for Sergio "Checo" Pérez, meaning the Mexican driver will continue to compete in the pinnacle of motorsport until the 2026 season.

Since joining the team in late 2020, Pérez has experienced his most successful seasons in F1. In 2023, he achieved a historic second place in the Drivers' Championship, contributing to Red Bull's first double podium in championship history. His points have also been crucial in the team being crowned Constructors' Champions in 2022 and 2023.

A Seasoned Driver:

At 34 years old, Checo has accumulated five wins, 29 podiums and three pole positions with Oracle Red Bull Racing, including the first pole for a Mexican driver. The Guadalajara native, nicknamed "The King of the Streets" and "The Mexican Minister of Defense" for his key role in Max Verstappen's first world title in Abu Dhabi 2021, has become the most successful Mexican driver in F1 history.
