Formula E has revealed its provisional calendar for Season 11 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. This calendar, validated by the FIA World Motorsport Council, will feature the highest number of races and locations to date.

Season 11 will include 17 races in 11 cities. The new race locations include Miami and Diriyah, as well as a double event in Monaco, a double event in Tokyo, and the return of Jakarta.

The season will begin in São Paulo on December 7, 2024, following pre-season testing from November 4-7, 2024 in Valencia. It will be the first time the new GEN3 Evo car will be tested in public, capable of reaching 0-60 mph in just 1.82 seconds, 36% faster than the current GEN3 model.

The new venue in Diriyah will host the first double event of the season on February 14-15, 2025. The series will return to Miami for the first time since Season 1 in a new location on April 12, 2025. The Homestead-Miami Speedway, known for its thrilling NASCAR and IndyCar races, will be the venue for this race.

Monaco will host two consecutive races for the first time in its history at the Circuit de Monaco, taking advantage of the competitive and dynamic nature of Formula E races.

After the successful first Tokyo ePrix, where public roads were closed for an automotive event for the first time, a double event will take place on May 17-18, 2025. Jakarta also returns to the calendar after a one-year hiatus, and the season will conclude with a double event at the ExCeL London, closing out the largest Formula E calendar to date. One location remains as TBC (to be confirmed) while final discussions with a new venue are ongoing, with the final calendar announcement expected in the autumn following the FIA World Motor Sport Council Meeting.

Alberto Longo, co-founder and championship director, added: "We are delighted to offer a calendar with new highlights while consolidating our traditional locations. Returning to Miami is significant for us, and securing a double event in Monaco is a dream come true."
